Procedures of installation:
1.Draw lines on the base
Use marking gauge to carefully and clearly draw the marker lines on the field base. Every marker line must be drawn in two lines.
Tools needed: marking gauge, two colored pencil, steel tape measure, masonry nail, hammer.
2.Grass preparation
Put the grass roll beside one end of the field as per the installation drawing.
Tools needed: drawing confirmed by the buyer.
3.Lay out the grass roll and trim
1). Compare the installation drawing with the production design drawing, both made by the producer. Put the grass roll No. 1 into the place No.1 as per the instruction of installation drawing.
2). Open and lay out the roll and make it flat and no wrinkles. Trim the extra margin of the rolls but make sure that the width of the roll is not less than 4 meters. (The width of every roll might be a little larger than 4 meters because of production)
Keep the trim line in straight.
3). Open and lay out the roll No. 2 into the appointed place. Use the extra margin of the this roll to join the previous roll and lay out the rest rolls in the same way. In order to make the field good looking, when laying the grass roll, the seaming of two grass carpets shall be as close as possible and no overlap after trimming. And be sure that the distance between two grass lines of two neighbor carpets is not larger than one turf gauge.
(The grass yarns might bend down when it was rolled, but it can be stand up again after exposure to sunshine.)

4.Seam
1). Fold the trimmed edges of two grass carpets up 20-30cm, then put the 20cm width joint tape on the field base but under and in the center of the seaming of two grass carpets. Pour the glue on the joint tape uniformly and spread the glue over the surface with doctor blade. (The dosage of glue please refer to the attached Special Notice No.4).
2). Let the glue dry naturally for a while (but not totally dry), then put down the edges. ( Be sure that NO grass yarn stick to the joining tape).
3). After sticking, check the dry status of the glue now and then. When the glue is almost dry, send workers to step on the seaming and edges repeatedly, to make sure that the edges and the joint tape are totally stick together.

5.Cut off the green grass for sticking the white lines for game
According to the marker lines we made on the field base, find the place on the grass carpet where the white lines for game should be stuck. Cut into the middle of the place for white line. Let it shrink naturally (1/2 day or 1 day). Then use Utility knife to cut off the green grass to make the place for sticking white lines for game.

6.Stick white lines for game
Cut the white grass carpet into same width long strips. Put the white strips into the place for sticking white lines which prepared in previous step. Stick the white strips with the green grass carpets by 30cm width joint tape. Procedures similar to the sticking of two green grass.

7.Fill in quartz sand
Sprinkle the quartz sand on the field and spread it uniformly (Use Small tractor-hopper if possible), then brush the field carefully by floor brush to let the sand fall into the root of grass yarns. This can make the yarns stand up and ready for fill in rubber granules.
8.Fill in rubber granules
